Every step is done by the right person and written to the audit log: the stock keeper receives, cashiers sell and cash up, the pharmacist approves refunds and dispenses controlled drugs, the accountant reconciles insurers and suppliers.
Features
Search by name or scan a barcode, sell by tablet, strip or box, keyboard shortcuts for busy hours. Split one bill across cash, MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card, credit account and insurance, with change worked out.
Every delivery line becomes a batch with its number, expiry date and cost. Each sale takes the batch that expires first. Expired or quarantined stock cannot be sold.
See what is about to expire in time to sell it, move it to the other branch or send it back. Quarantine expired batches in one click.
Purchase orders, partial deliveries, supplier invoices with due dates, payments, returns to the supplier with a credit, and what you owe each one.
RSSB-RAMA, MMI and private insurers with their coverage %. The till splits insurer share and patient co-pay, then each sale lands in that month's claim batch to export and reconcile.
Each cashier opens with a float and closes by counting cash, MoMo, Airtel and card. The app shows expected against counted, flags differences and prints a Z report.
Full or cycle counts by category with approval, adjustments with a reason (damage, expiry, theft), and transfers between branches that keep batch numbers.
Prescription items ask for the prescriber, patient and Rx number. Controlled drugs are dispensed by the pharmacist only and kept in a register with a running balance.
Sales by day, product, category, branch and cashier, gross margin, top sellers, slow movers, stock value, expiry, purchases, payables, claims and shift variances. On screen, CSV and PDF.
Insurance at the till
Pick the insurer and enter the member number. The till splits the bill by the insurer's coverage, the patient pays the co-pay by cash or MoMo, and the insurer's share goes into that month's claim batch, with the prescription details attached.
VAT, discounts and the insurer split are worked out by tested code, the same for the till, the receipt and the claim.
